Health Insurance
Dr Hussenbux consults at the Spire Hospital in Thames Valley and the Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden.
He is recognised by all major health insurance providers. Once you have confirmed your appointment, please provide us with your insurer name, policy number and pre-authorisation number.
You can obtain this information directly from your insurer.
Self-pay
Alternatively, you can choose to see Dr Hussenbux without the need for health insurance.
A new appointment consultation is £200 and a follow up appointment is £150. You may need further investigations to ensure an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plan. These tests will be charged separately by the hospital.
During the consultation, Dr Hussenbux will provide an estimated cost for the proposed services.
Dr Hussenbux does not have a cancellation fee.

Dr Arif Hussenbux performed my colonoscopy procedure before it started he explained everything that was going to happen during the procedure and asked me for relevant family history and my medical history and the problems I have been experiencing. During the colonoscopy he talked me through everything that was happening and what he was looking at on the monitor. Dr Hussenbux was extremely polite and confident during the procedure and it made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I felt very nervous about having a colonoscopy but the whole procedure was absolutely fine and it was definitely helped by having the reassurance or Dr Hussenbux and the nurses talking to me and explaining it all to me. After my procedure I forgot to ask a couple of questions and when I arrived home I kept thinking about those questions that I didn’t ask. I emailed Dr Hussenbux secretary to query if I can find the answers to my questions and Dr Hussenbux called me directly to talk through these with me which was really helpful. Thank you.
