“Dr. Hussenbux was amazing when I was scheduled for my ERCP with him after attending A&E with pain following gallbladder removal. Me and my family had a lot of anxiety around this procedure due to loosing a family member after this exact procedure went wrong (not preformed by Dr. Hussenbux). When Dr. Hussenbux was informed of this he went out of his way to visit me and my family in the hospital to make sure he explained how he preformed the procedure, what he puts in place for patient’s safety and answer any questions we had. He was kind, calm and patient with us. From my understanding the procedure was not easy but it was successful. He made sure I had everything in place afterwards to prevent complications and even visited me the next morning to make sure I was doing ok. Overall, Dr. Hussenbux went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was extremely professional. I am very grateful for his understanding and kindness and so is my family.”

“Dr Hussenbux was recommended to me by a friend. I suffered from Diverticulitis which had resulted in 3 serious bowel perforations. I am also immunosuppressed, which made things even more complicated. The doctors at the hospital where I had my admissions managed me well but despite asking, no one explained what my care plan was and what my options were. Dr H was a breath of fresh air – he was courteous, pleasant and very patient. He listened to my problems, reviewed all my investigations and then explained exactly what my options were and the risks associated. This meant that we could make an informed decision about what we wanted. He also advised us what to say, and ask at our next consultation. We were able to negotiate the correct way forward and thankfully had a successful outcome. I cannot thank Dr Hussenbux enough for what he did.”
